How does usage-based pricing work?
You pay a $249/mo base fee for the platform, $79/mo per active agent seat, and $8/mo per case currently in progress. Cases that are submitted or closed don't count toward your active case billing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — every new agency gets a 14-day free trial with full access. No credit card required to start.
Can I add or remove agent seats mid-month?
Yes. Seats are billed pro-rated based on when they're added. You can remove a seat and it won't be billed in the following month.
What counts as an active case?
Any case in Draft, Invited, In Progress, Ready for Review, or Reviewed status. Cases move to Submitted when filed — those are not billed.
Are there setup fees or long-term contracts?
No setup fees, no contracts. Cancel anytime. Your data export is always available.
